My Alarm Didn't Go Off
Your Awake alarm not going off can have several reasons. Following, we will guide you through our troubleshooting to address your alarm not going off.
Check for Updates
First of all, please ensure your Awake app and iOS are up to date, as a not updated version can cause a lot of trouble. You can also try to reinstall the app or to reboot your iPhone.
Check Awake's Access to Alarm
Please check that Awake still has access to your alarm in your general settings. To do so:
Open your general Settings app.
Head over to Apps and select Awake.
Check whether the Alarms button is enabled.
Check Whether Alarm is Set
Please confirm that your alarm is actually set. You can check this on your Awake home screen by ensuring the alarm is enabled for the next day. Also ensure the alarm is enabled for the respective weekday.
Check Alarm Sound & Volume
It could also be that your alarm did go off but doesn't have an alarm sound set or the alarm volume is insufficient. In this case, check out: My Alarm is Muted.
