How to Check If Your App / Device is Up-to-Date

If you encounter an issue with Awake, it is often caused by an outdated app or iOS version. You can quickly check both directly in your Awake settings.

1. Open ⚙️Awake Settings.

2. Tap Help & Support. Here, you will see the app version and iOS currently installed on your device.

3. If everything is up to date, you will see a green check mark next to the versions.

4. If you see a red x you need to update:

   • Tap App Version to open Awake in the App Store, where you can update the app.

   • Tap iOS Version to find instructions how to update your iOS. Alternatively, check out the section below.
     

1. Open your general Settings app.

2. Head over to General.

3. Tap on Software Update. Here you will see whether there is a software update available, and if not, which operating system version you are on.
